The brief
e-clinic sells clinic management software to private clinics across the UK. They needed a website to provide information on their product and to generate enquiries for the sales team to follow up.
The company wanted a smooth and effective customer journey from enquiry to sale, as well as to engage with existing clients on a regular basis.
The solution
We created a content-rich website which looked good and made enquiries easy. We worked on SEO over a number of months, with tactics including regular blog posts on subjects of interest to key markets, like aesthetic clinics and private consultants. The website now ranks number 1 or 2 on Google for most key search terms, including 'best clinic management software'.
The website generates high quality enquiries each month. We worked we e-clinic to set up an automatic process where a well-written sales email is sent as soon as an enquiry is received. As well focussing on enquiries, we created a series of emails in Mailchimp to engage with existing customers and to encourage cross sales. We designed a brochure and postcard flyers, both produced as printed materials but also as PDF for email.
