Our client First Health Medical came to us as their existing website was not performing. It had been added to over time with little thought, resulting in both poor performance in Google search and an unsatisfactory user experience.
First Health Medical provide both aesthetic treatments and surgical procedures from their clinic in Surrey. They wanted their new website to drive more enquiries for aesthetic treatments, as well as make it easy for patients to book minor surgery and private GP appointments.
The solution
We completely redesigned and rebuilt the website for First Health Medical. Working with the owner, we restructured the website to make it easier to use and wrote copy for new and existing treatments.
The new website is easy to navigate and better reflects the professionalism and ethos of the clinic. Although content-heavy, the website now gives succinct information to patients considering a range of aesthetic and surgical procedures.
