The brief
The Mind Body Clinic in Tonbridge, Kent, had an existing website which was full of great content and ranking well in Google. Good results in organic search, supported by Google Ads campaigns for key treatments and classes, meant visitor traffic was good and enquiry volume was reliable.
After auditing the website, we agreed that it had structural and technical issues which were affecting performance, particularly load speed. We also agreed that the website was a little dated and not showing the clinic in the best possible light.
The solution
We redesigned the website, whilst staying true to the original branding of The Mind Body Clinic. We were lucky enough to have many photos of the team at work taken in the clinic, so did not in the main have to reply on stock photos. We incorporated the existing online booking system and made it visible on every page.
By eliminating unnecessary plugins which slowed page load speed, we achieved a faster, slicker website which performs excellently in Google and continues to rank organically for key search terms. We improved the user experience, including the path to booking an appointment. We'll now take over the management of The Mind Body Clinic's Google Ad campaigns, with the aim of fine-tuning existing campaigns and reducing overall spend for our client.
